Jeremy S. Dittman, MD, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Weill Cornell Medical College, Department of Biochemistry, for his project “Probing the Dynamics of Presynaptic Proteins in Vivo.”

Samara Reck-Peterson, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Harvard Medical School, Department of Cell Biology, for her project “The Molecular Mechanism of Cytoplasmic Dynein.” Dr. Reck-Peterson also was designated as the 2009 Milton E. Cassel Scholar.
